It is a surgery that gets an increase of these two areas by means of the placement of an anatomical implant of silicone whose size will depend on the deficiency that the patient has. The implant is placed through the inside of the mouth, or externally if it is the chin that will receive it.
Both surgeries are carried out with local anesthesia and sedation. It is an ambulatory procedure.
